Stelios Politis is an accomplished architect and founder of SP Developments, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects that combine refined design with precise construction. With over a decade of experience, he brings a unique approach that bridges creativity, strategy, and craftsmanship.
Beyond architecture, Stelios is a passionate mentor, recognized with the 2025 Mentee of the Year Award through Kingston University's Beyond Barriers program in London. As an RSA Fellow, he is committed to advancing design excellence, fostering innovation, and empowering the next generation of creative professionals. He also serves as an official Judge for Kingston University's Bright Ideas competition, an initiative that highlights innovative, student-led ideas across design, architecture, and entrepreneurship. Through this role, he contributes expert evaluation and supports the development of emerging creative talent.
