The design is characterized by its bold geometric forms that respond to the dramatic topography of the site. The composition of stacked volumes creates a series of outdoor living spaces at different levels, each offering a unique perspective of the sea and sky. The interplay between solid and void, light and shadow, creates a dynamic architectural experience that changes throughout the day.

The residence features multiple swimming pools and water features that create a visual dialogue with the sea beyond. Expansive glass walls can be fully retracted to dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing the living spaces to flow seamlessly onto the terraces. The rooftop pavilion provides a sheltered outdoor living area with 360-degree views.

The design process began with a careful analysis of the site's unique characteristics, including the steep topography, solar orientation, and prevailing winds. The architectural strategy employs a series of platforms that step down the hillside, following the natural contours while creating dramatic cantilevers that enhance the sense of floating above the landscape.
