The design is characterized by its series of cascading terraces that step down the sloping site, creating multiple outdoor living spaces that extend the interior outward. Each level features generous overhangs that provide shade to the spaces below, creating a comfortable microclimate even during the hottest months.

The residence features a restrained material palette dominated by white plaster surfaces that reflect the intense Mediterranean sunlight, complemented by natural stone elements that anchor the building to its site. Large expanses of glass dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing the living spaces to flow seamlessly onto the terraces.

The design process began with a careful analysis of the site's topography, solar orientation, and view corridors. The architectural strategy employs a series of horizontal planes that follow the natural contours of the land, creating a building that appears to emerge from its landscape rather than being imposed upon it.
